Welcome & Introduction
Welcome to the FC DELCO US Soccer Development Academy web site. This site has been designed to achieve several objectives and is presented in such a way as to appeal to different audiences. The primary purpose of this site is to communicate essential information to the parents, coaches and team members such as schedules, times, results, directions, etc. Additionally, this site provides a means for other people interested in the progress of our fine young athletes (e.g. relatives and friends) to keep up with their latest achievements. If you have any suggestions on how we might improve our site, please email our conscientious (and handsome) webmaster.
For those players, and their parents, who are new to our web site, I'll take a few moments to explain its organization and operational philosophy. The browser viewing area is divided into four areas or frames. They are the control frame located on the right side of the browser, the footer frame at the bottom, the header frame at the top and the main body frame. Our web site is divided into seven chapters and a home page. Each chapter has the same viewing area organization as previously described to facilitate navigation. However, each chapter presents unique information and options in the control frame as well as a unique color scheme and font type face. The only frame that remains the same from chapter to chapter is the bottom footer frame. The bottom footer frame contains a rolling news alert that is hyper-linked to the appropriate information page. The following is a synopsis of each of our site's seven chapters.

As a communication's medium, this web site can be very valuable. However, it is not meant to replace the current methods of communicating critical information to the team and their parents.
